    Wan-Chu Huang started import/sale of the panama hats from Taiwan.Founded Kyoshin Company in Kobe, Japan.
  • 1946
    Head office was opened in Nakayamate-dori, Chuo-ku, Kobe.
  • 1947
    Tokyo office was opened in the Tokyo Tatemono Headquarters building in Yaesu, Tokyo.
  • 1948
    Incorporated Taishin Company, Ltd. in July.
    President Wan-Chu Huang, Capital 50 million yen.

    Started trading with China via Hong Kong, focusing on beans, and other agricultural products.

    Established Taishin Kosan Co., Ltd. as the real estate division of Taishin Company, Ltd.

    Yao-Ting Huang inaugurated President.

    TS International, Ltd., was incorporated.

    James Bunsei Ko, the current President, joined the company.
    Moved the Tokyo office to Kyobashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
  • 1994
    Increased capital from 80 million yen to 88 million yen.
  • 1996
    Started the operation of “The Garden Place Soshuen” as the wedding and restaurant facility under a consignment.
  • 2000
    Taishin Company, Ltd., merged with Taishin Kosan Co., Ltd.
  • 2001
    James Bunsei Ko inaugurated President.
    Yao-Ting Huang inaugurated Chairman.
    Declared a company with international and flexible business mind.
    Head Office was relocated from Kobe to Tokyo.
    70th Anniversary

    Transferred all real estate asset to TSI.

    TSI started its own operation of “The Garden Place Soshuen”.
